Schwark Satyavolu is a General Partner at Trinity Ventures focused on early stage investments in Fintech, Artificial Intelligence and cloud infrastructure startups. His investment portfolio includes Alice Financial, Baton, Branch, Brightside, Digital Shadows, Gatsby, Squire, Synapse and TARI, among other companies still in stealth. 

A serial entrepreneur, Schwark co-founded two Fintech companies – Yodlee (YDLE, acquired by Envestnet for $590 million in 2015) and Truaxis (a Trinity portfolio company acquired by Mastercard in 2012). 

Before joining Trinity, Schwark served as Executive Vice President at LifeLock, the leader in identity theft protection services, and as Global Head of Rewards and Offers at Mastercard. An engineer by background, Schwark began his career at Microsoft after graduating with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is an inventor on 15 US patents.
